Seasons of Sifting
Luke 22:23-32

 

I. Truths Concerning Sifting Seasons

   1. Seasons of sifting  in the life of every Christian.

        Scripture:  

        “You” in this verse is  in the Greek

 

   2. Seasons of sifting from the devil only by  from God.

        Scriptures:          

 

   3. Jesus’ prayer that Peter’s faith not fail was for Peter .

   4. Sifting from the evil one is intended to  shake our faith until it is .

        Sifting: To shake in a sieve, to beat, toss, crush and ultimately  faith.

   5. Sifting God allows is meant to be used for His  when your season of shifting is over.
