Sunday Service Protocol

Sunday services are by RSVP only on ehconline.org. We have three service times available, 8:30 AM, 10:15 AM, and 12:00 PM. Registration opens Monday 12 AM and closes Thursday at 11:59 PM.  If your desired service is full, please, select the next service.

Children who attend must remain with their parents at all times. Parents with young children who may become restless during an adult service are encouraged to continue live streaming from home. There will be no Kid’s Church or Youth Service for the time being.

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to service to allow time for Registration Check-In and seating.  Entry will be through the glass doors for the Lower Sanctuary (CLC).  The Registration Check-In line will close 5 minutes prior to the start of service.  Handicap accessibility will be at the main doors.  If you are utilizing a ride service please inform an usher at arrival and we will reserve a waiting spot for you at departure.  Please book your pick-up for the service end time.

Wearing a face mask is required for entry and must remain on while on EHC property.  Children ages 3 and up must also wear a mask at all times.  If you are unable to wear a mask for whatever reason, please participate in our services online.

Safe Distancing and Hygiene

Keep 6 feet between yourself and others not of the same household.  An usher will escort you to your designated seat, please remain in that seat for the duration of the service. This will ensure Safe Distancing is maintained.  Please follow all directional signage.  Keep your hands clean by utilizing the hand sanitizer stations positioned throughout the building.  Please refrain from touching doorknobs,  Ushers and Greeters with gloves will open and close when necessary.

Tithes and Offerings

We encourage you to give on-line or via text for contactless giving.  For those utilizing an envelope, Tithe and Offering boxes are located at the doors of the Sanctuary as you exit.  Please do not lick your envelope to seal.

After the Blessing, please remain in your seat and wait for exit directions from the Ushers.  Rows will exit one at a time, maintaining 6 ft between households as directed. Please leave mask on until you are safely in your vehicle.  If you are awaiting transportation please let an Usher know and we will bring you to a waiting area.

Vulnerable Populations

People who are more vulnerable to this disease due to age or other health risk factors are strongly encouraged to continue live streaming from home for the time being. If you are unsure if it is safe for you to attend, please talk with your doctor.

If you are sick please participate in our online services if you are sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath or loss of sense of taste or smell) or if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Please do not come to church in those situations.

Please notify Eagle Heights Cathedral if you become sick within 14 days of attending a service.

We are so thankful to be able to worship together. See you soon!
